How it works:

- Request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order

- Share a photo of your Shyaura piece next to a diamond of the same cut

- Return your item in original packaging

USD$19 service fee applies for all returns (covers restocking and inspection). Shipping costs from your original order will also be deducted.

Every piece is made to order, but if it’s not what you hoped for, send it back—no questions asked.

How it works:

-Notify us on the same day you order at info@shyaura.com with subject: "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee"

-Try it for up to 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund via the same email chain

-Return the item (with original packaging) using a trackable shipping service within 45 days

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Service Fees:

-USD $8.97 – Standard Shipping

-USD $23.83 – DHL/UPS Express

These shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

 


Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your mind? We’ve got you.

You can request a size exchange or store credit within 90 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Steps:

-Email info@shyaura.com with subject: “Refund/Exchange Request”

-Specify your request (refund or exchange, and new size/product if applicable)

-Ship your item using a trackable mail service to the address we provide.

Same service fees apply as above.

 


For Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

-Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence

-If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit

-You may be asked to return the original item

No restocking fee is charged for issues caused by our error.

 


Important Notes

-We do not accept returns for custom pieces, altered items, or sale items

-Items resized or modified by anyone other than Shyaura are not eligible

-Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds (carriers may face unavoidable delays)

-Do not reject delivery—unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds

 


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 2–3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@shyaura.com and we’ll assist you further.
